My Myers-Briggs profile is ENFP. I crave for flexibility and I work best with people and ideas. I tend to be rather productive, and need minimal supervision - if the task at hand is something I care about. On mundane tasks Johanna and Riina are sometimes on my case, however, I've tried to focus on that. So at work I appear organized, whilst am more relaxed home.

Okay I've heard both Anna and Rapunzel as ENFP and I don't know which one I relate to more. I've gotten Anna as my "Frozen character" and definitely like her, haha, maybe it's both? Anna, Rapunzel, and Ariel for the win!

A friend of mine got exited when I added TUC to my portfolio. He loved the joke that doesn't really translate on "Levoton tuchimo". It was actully rather close that I would have incorporated it in one TV spot - but at least I was able to tag it on Instagram at Idols event.

In 2010, I joined the delicious world of Kraft Foods. I was given a task to turn Jyväshyvä Paussi biscuits back to growth. After intense marketing research that lasted over a year, I surprised even myself and re-launched the products as breakfast biscuits. Bold move in Finland - but it paid off. Big time.

At Danone, I was given the task to define and execute Trade Marketing in Finland. I went to look for inspiration from abroad. The habit to check out supermarkets when travelling. It's always interesting to see that the best practises really travel as well.

Brands really speak to people. As a marketeer you reach a sweet point, when someone bothers to make fun of your brand. I joined Danone in 2008, and worked with both Activia and Actimel. We never got to use this tagline, though we might have had similar jokes internally.

Corporate Branding 5 Activia is a brand I spent many hours on, at my old job, trying to design their promotions. We never got to use this tagline though!
