Skafur-Tour found Santa Claus in Vuokatti, north-eastern Finland, where he had stopped for a break before heading to the south. He had a sledge full of gifts and two reindeers with him - one of them must be Rudolf. You can meet him at Vuokatti Safaris both on 23rd and 26th Dec!
Helsinki Christmas Market opened up yesterday on the 4th of December. Despite the lack of people after the heavy afternoon rain it looked fascinating, especially the carousel. In the small kiosks you can find Christmas delicacies like pastries, fish, confectionery, gluhwein and skilful handicrafts. Open until 22nd Dec.
