This is it! The best chickpea curry I have made to date! Use only 2 T red curry- it's plenty hot! Use 2 cans garbanzos and 13 oz tomatoes plus half cup broth. add some curry powder and turmeric too - I left out the red peppers and cilantro but added 2 diced steamed carrots too.
