Gown, 1770-1780, Sweden, silk. Consisting of jacket and skirt. White atlas silk with small scattered flowers embroidered to skirt in stem stitch with silk in bright colors of green and red. Jacket is fully lined with linen, round neckline, three quarter long straight sleeves. The jacket has front closing lacing and a hook and eye closure at the waist with two pairs of hooks and eyes. ©2013 Kulturen i Lund
