A woman's gown of cream poplin with a silk warp and satin weft, figured with a diamond motif. It is open at the front with a high waist and shaped elbow-length sleeves. The gown is made of 4 widths of wool, the 2 centre pieces forming the back and the 2 side pieces forming the fronts and side backs.
