How to dress your baby for sleep | first time mom tips | motherhood | Newborn Baby Tips | Parenting
When I had my first son and became a mother, I didn’t know anything about taking care of a baby and I learned every little step of the way. One of the things I didn't know about was the appropriate layers of clothing for babies when they sleep. So I made an easy chart to help you figure out how many layers your baby needs at night! I’m sharing it now in case others might need - make sure to save this post or screenshot this image to check out whenever you need or are unsure. Please keep in mind, this is a general idea to be used as a reference and each baby is different. My son used to sweat more than my daughter, so I had to find the sweet spot to meet their individual needs. Be flexible and keep an eye on your baby!
