Yields: 8 slices

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cups nonfat greek yogurt 

8 oz low fat cream cheese

1 cup powdered allulose or sweetener of choice

2 eggs

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp lemon juice 

Optional - 1 tsp xanthan gum or cornstarch if you’re using sugar free honey or maple syrup (discount code: lowcarblove)

Here is the Cheesecake Pan I used! 

DIRECTIONS: 
Preheat oven to 350F

In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients together and whip until combined.

Place your batter in cupcake liners or an 8” round cake pan with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean!

Enjoy with fruit or whipped cream!

Not only are these a healthy little treat but they actually taste like ice cream bites. 

They’re the perfect snack for a hot summer day. 

Here’s how you make them: 
-1/2 cup Greek yogurt (I used peach) 
- 10 strawberries, diced 
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate 
- 1 tbsp light tasting oil 
- 1/4 cup white chocolate 

In a bowl mix together green yogurt and diced strawberries and drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

Freeze for about an hour. 

Melt your dark chocolate and mix in oil. Dip your frozen yogurt I to the chocolate and place back on parchment paper. Drizzle with white chocolate.
