Apple pork tenderloin
Score lines in pork and season with salt & pepper. Sear all sides. Take out of pan. Sauté butter & garlic. Then add onions, apples, salt, pepper & thyme. Add pork back to pan. Pour in sauce. Cover meat with apples and onions. Finish in oven at 375. Sauce: chicken broth, maple syrup, mustard & thyme.
Season steak w/ onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes & chili powder drizzle olive oil on it. Dice up roasted red peppers. Put them in tin foil and cook them and the steak on the grill. Dice up steak. Heat pan / griddle place tortilla w/ cheese steak & red peppers. Flip closed. Cook on both sides and serve.
Honey garlic chicken / broccoli over rice
Dice chicken and toss in flour, onion powder & red pepper flakes. Sauté olive oil & garlic. Toss in chicken. Once cooked pour in sauce. Toss in steamed broccoli and scallions. Serve over rice. Garnish w/ sesame seeds (optional) Sauce: 1 tsp rice wine, 3 tbsp soy, 1/4 c honey, dash red pepper flakes & fresh crushed garlic.
Open faced turkey sandwiches
In crockpot put 2 packets turkey gravy w/ water. Smother boneless skinless turkey breasts with butter, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, onion powder & garlic powder. Cook for 4-5 hrs till done. Slice up turkey and toss back into gravy till ready to serve over bread.
Smashed garlic bacon mini red potatoes
Place mini potatoes on baking sheet and bake at 400 for 30 min. Then smash them each to break them open slightly flattening them. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and precooked bacon. .Continue to bake for another 15 min.
