New York is a bit of everything - it's raw, it's real, there are pretty sites and perhaps lesser pretty corners. But to me, this city is beautiful just the way it is. This building behind me is Alwyn Court, built in the French Renaissance style with intricate carvings on the exterior. Surrounded by modern highrise buildings and a construction site in front of the building, it captures the essence of New York - a strong history, progress towards the future and always on the move.

For now, I can only dream about living in New York one day, being surrounded by beautiful buildings such as this one every day and channelling my inner Blair Waldorf as I stroll down 5th Avenue shopping at Bergdorf Goodman ✨

The palace was closed during our visit, but regardless of that, this is a must-see when you're visiting the Retiro Park 🌳

Nothing beats a walk around beautiful Madrid! Especially a walk through Retiro Park is something you don't want to miss out on when in Madrid ❤️ There are so many corners and gems hiding inside this park 🌳
