The peridot parure comprising a tiara, a necklace, earrings, a brooch by Köchert in about 1825. It’s said that the first owner of the tiara was Archduchess Henriette of Austria. From Henriette, the peridot set eventually passed to their grandson, Archduke Friedrich, and his wife, Princess Isabella of Croÿ. She was photographed in the suite at one of the last great Habsburg celebrations: the coronation of Emperor Charles I of Austria-Hungary, which took place in 1916 (seen in the portrait).

Queen Victoria's Crown Ruby Brooch. purchased along w/ necklace and earrings, from Garrard in 1854 by QV. Originally consisted of Opals and Diamonds. It's said that around 1902 Queen Alexandra, Queen Consort altered pieces by replacing Opals w/rubies, per Suzy Menkes, of The Royal Jewels, brooch not altered until 1926. Worn by Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mother with rest of parure and Oriental Circlet Tiara. Not seen since death in 2002 but worn by QEII on 6/16/2015 to Royal Ascot, Day 1.

it’s a Liechtenstein tiara and it’s called the Hapsburg Beam or Fringe Lately, the Hapsburg Beam Fringe has been seen atop Hereditary Princess Sophie’s head for those shiniest of occasions: Crown Princess Victoria’s 2010 nuptials in Sweden, the wedding ball in Monaco and the Queen Beatrix’s gala dinner just before the Dutch Investiture in 2013.
