✏️Ingredients (weight 1.2 kg): Shortcrust pastry: flour - 500 g. soda - 4 g. salt - ¼ teaspoon, butter - 200 g., sour cream 20% - 200 g. Interlayer: flour - 170 g. sugar - 150 g. butter - 50 g. Additionally: egg - 1 piece, walnuts - 50 g. Bake for 12–15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Short DIY of how to do a little bow with no bow cutters :) You will see that I only use a circle cutter and a ribbon cutter but you can just use a knife to cut a rectangle, so really not need to buy anything to do this bow.
