Playing my piano relaxes me when I have had a stressful day.  Hearing my kids play makes me happy.  When they have mastered new pieces it pleases me to know they can be proud of their accomplishments.  Music...the rhythm of life, can make a bad day transform into a great day.  It can bring back memories of those great teen years, or of times I rocked my children to sleep.
