Use GF oats and almond milk- Triple Berry Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl - Oats are cooked with frozen berries and then swirled with vanilla yogurt and a sprinkle of crushed hazelnuts. Such a good way to start the day!
Quick Easy Vegetarian Chili I made this on and it is SUPER delicious. I put it atop whole grain shells and added cheddar on top. Very filling. I brought leftovers for lunch. Didn't have any pasta and ate it with whole wheat crisps. It was awesome!
