If only we could all be as confident and competent going down center line as we are at nearly any other time when riding.  Oh well; here's to dreaming (or at least some mild drinking before my next round of tests).

hahahah this is basically how i always felt about dressage tests.no amount of running the patterns on foot in the arena could help me memorize them!

It's TIME... to TRAIN... your EYE... as to what is correct, and what is not.  Tension is defined as muscular resistance or contraction that is counter-productive to efficient movement, propulsion and balance. So we want the whole horse relaxed, without tension but fit. Relaxed but not slack, toned but not tense.
