The Spanish Colonial estate behind a hidden private gate comes with six bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, two offices, a butler’s pantry, a wine room, two guest houses, a separate gym, a tennis court, a rooftop viewing deck and a seven-car garage. John McCarthy, owner of the Kansas-based car dealership firm McCarthy Auto Group, was the seller. Marissa Kline and Christopher Karas of Launch Powered By Compass had the listing.
