for the almond paste u need : fried skinless almonds + 1 teaspoon of cinnamon + a little bit of arabic gum + 200g of sweetened condensed milk + 3 tablespoons of orange blossom water. a sheet of briks. and a mixture of water and flour to stick the edges. Fry them and dip them in warm honey and decorate them as you wish
