Chocolate Panna Cotta
Ingredients • 100g whipping cream • 95g milk • 20g sugar • 50g dark chocolate • 5g gelatine leaves • 30g water Method: • Soak gelatine leaves in cold water for 10 minutes. • In a pan on medium/low heat, add cream, milk and sugar until dissolved. • Add chocolate and mix. • Add squeezed gelatine leaves. • Allow to cool and strain into ramekins. • Refigerate a minimum of 8 hours or overnight. • Recipe adapted Vy Khue
🍡💚Shrek Mochi Bites
♡Glutinous Rice Flour- 45g ♡Corn starch- 10g ♡Sugar- 50g ♡@matcha.cloud.ksa - 2g to 3g ♡VeganMilk- 85g ♡Vegan Butter- 10g 1. In a bowl, Add matcha powder and 30g Warm milk; whisk until no lumps. 2. Add rest of the Milk and Mix until combined. 3. In a pan, Add Glutinous Rice Flour, Corn starch, Sugar and the Matcha milk. 4. Mix until combined without lumps. 5. Add Butter; Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed. 6. Use hand gloves and Knead for 3-5 minutes until stretchy. (It'll be hot, so let it cool a bit and knead by stretching it) 7. Divide the mochi into bite size pieces and coat with corn starch to prevent sticking. 8. Dip in condensed and crushed cookies. 9. Enjoy!💚✨

Sour Watermelon Gummies!!🍉
🍉1 1/2 cups watermelon juice 🍉1/3 cup lemon/lime juice 🍉2-3 Tbsp honey/agave 🍉1/4 cup gelatin powder, unsweetened (or 3-4 tsp agar) 🍉small pinch of sea salt 🍉1/4 cup vitamin C powder plus 3 Tbsp monkfruit (or cane sugar) for rolling •Blend watermelon until it becomes a juice(Strain if want) •In a medium saucepan, add the juice and lemon juice. Evenly sprinkle gelatin on top, let it sit for 2 minutes, then whisk in. •Heat the mixture over medium until it reaches a slow boil. Simmer for 3min, then remove from the stove and stir in honey or agave. Taste and add more if desired. •Pour into silicone molds, refrigerate for 1 hr, then remove and roll in vitamin C powder and monkfruit/sugar. Note: You can omit the sugar they will be VERY sour!
