I believe it's a real gender identity. One of my closest friends is gender fluid, and I love and treat them the same way I would anyone else.

not only a feeling, but naming things that before had no name or were misunderstood and mislabeled

STOP this madness of needing to label or forcibly marginalize others with binary ignorance. Each and every one of us has the right to BE who we are and proudly identify OURSELVES as such. We are ALL precious... lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender, agender, queer, pansexual, intersex, asexual, straight, ally, questioning... and everyone else. EVERYONE.

I hate when I get marked for using incorrect grammar, when in fact, I'm using a gender neutral pronoun. =) And it's so annoying when I specifically tell someone my pronouns, but they insist on using "SHE"
