White choc & raspberry cookies 🍪
RECIPE: • 125g soft unsalted butter • 110g light brown sugar • 1tsp Vanilla extract • 2tbsp golden syrup • 160g Self raising flour • 100g white chocolate • white choc chips • Handfull of fresh raspberries • Freeze dried raspberries (optional) METHOD: •Mix together butter & sugar • Add vanilla and syrup • Add flour • Add chocolate • Roll into 50/60g balls (this recipe makes about 8/9 cookies) • Bake for 12 minutes at 160c Fan! • Add fresh raspberries on top @ellieebakess
