3 bananas 1 cup oats 2 tbsp ground flax seeds ½ cup coconut flakes ½ cup dark chocolate chips optional: 1 scoop protein powder Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 in lined or sprayed 8×8 pan for 15 minutes. Make sure to flatten with a spatula to ensure a level thickness. **Can make into cookie shapes and cook for same amount of time if you prefer.
