Creamy Tortellini, Mushroom and Spinach Soup - I didn't do slow cooker version. I made onion white sauce first added herbs and spices, then stired through 400mls of chicken stock. Meanwhile I fried mushrooms in butter, cooked tortellini separately then put all (including spinach, handful of peas and 1 can evapourated milk) into soup pot and warmed through.
