Built this rope wall room divider to break up my loft style space, provide a barrier between my bedroom area and living/dining area, but allows the bright light I get from the front windows. Boxes are built with 2x4s and 1x6 fence boards; screwed together then stained with several coats. Rope is 5/8 inch Manila rope from ropeshop.ca, about 250 feet worth.
