Murano glass lass art bottles made by Finnish designer Tapio Wirkkala and manufactured by Venini. This is called the 'incalmo' procedure which consisted of combining two molten masses of different colored glass. This series, Bolle, was made in 1966
Tapio Virkkala's 'Bolle' glassware, above, designed for Venini in inspired 'Happy Pills', below, a new design by Fabio Novembre for the Murano glass company. Both are made using the ancalmon glass-blowing technique.
