Finnish Butter Buns

Maustekakku  Raw materials: 4 cup buttermilk or sour cream 1 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups of dark syrup 3 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp cardamom 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon cloves 1 1/2 teaspoon soda ( 2 cups raisins ) 7 dl wheat flour 175 g butter or margarine  Method: Stir in the buttermilk , sugar and syrup. Add mixed together dry ingredients and raisins , if you want to use them. Add the melted butter . Mix the dough until smooth and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 175 degrees for 45-60 minutes
