jessigaivota: Even though I won’t be attending capoeira for a while (because money), that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t prepare my body for my return!I have really tight hips resulting in low kicks, so I’m going to condition myself to get into the routine of working out at home.I’ll find the motivation. I don’t know where, but I’ll find it!I’m going to start with open lizard, happy baby and pigeon. I’ll hold each position for 20 seconds and hopefully I’ll see some progress in a weeks time!

Arm & Shoulders Dumbbell Workout. Each exercises for 30 sec or complete 15-20 repetitions. Rest 30-60 sec, repeat circuit 4 times. Total of 20 mins
