Evidence shows that cats are living a lot longer than they used to. In fact, the percentage of cats over age six has almost doubled in the last ten years! Whether that can be attributed to healthier diets, more indoor cats, improved veterinary care or a combination of all of them, we don't know. What we do know, is that there are some special needs of an aging cat to keep her comfortable, happy, healthy and safe.
