My best gravlax: 700g salmon 3 tbls grain sea salt 1 tbls acacia honey ½ tbls sugar white pepper dill Mix the salt with sugar and honey, spread in on salmon. Add pepper and dill, put fillets together. Wrap it on baking paper, put in on a bowl and leave in the fridge for 2 days. Turn every once in a while. After two days remove the excess salt and dill and it's ready to be served!
