Carnival Candy, the legendary horse.

I always find inspiration in season. Winter is my favourite season in general, but I enjoy creating spring items most. It's a season of life and light, a new beginning.

Necklaces
Lady Violet's statement necklace
Purple, prosperous, witty, frank. That's Dowager Countess Lady Violet Crawley from Downton Abbey. She was my inspiration for this necklace.

Plum trees blossom.

She was called Carnival Candy, one of the greatest showjumpers in Europe. She reached age of 33 until it was her time to go. Her memory lives on here.

This lace dream is a modification of a vine-like necklace. The "rope" was supposed to twirl from one side to another, but it was stubborn and didn't do as told. So I made one where it's tied to one end and we were both happy and well-behaved, me and the necklace.

This one looked originally very different. A friend that knows my hobby gave me an ugly necklace (to be frank) and said I should make something better of it. That's exactly what I did.

Lady Mercedes. I made this for a long time, sow from one end and tore down from the other. I've worn this so much. "Lady Mercedes" was finished around the same time I bought a shiny blue bag with gold-colored accessories. It looked like and expensive car with a feminine twist to it.

Det blåa hjärtat - The blue heart. This was inspired by Finland's dear neighbour and "big brother" Sweden. We share a history for about 700 years (1100-1809). As Finland is a republic, their royal family is ours, too. I made this piece when the royal family visited Finland, like they have done so many times.
