Make your own jellyfish in a bottle.
Jellyfish:plastic grocery bag/plastic water bottle/thread/food coloring. Flatten bag, cut off handle & bottom. Cut along both sides to split into 2 sheets, use only 1. From center sheet, fold tiny balloon for head, tie w/thread-not too tight. Leave little hole to pour water in head. Cut from edge to head for 8-10 tentacles. Cut ea again into 3-4 small strings. Trim into long & short pcs. Put water in head. Leave some air inside so floats. Fill bottle, add jellyfish & blue food coloring. Recap.

The Under The Ocean birthday party theme I did for my daughter. We used blue celophane on the ceilings and cut out huge black shadows of sea animals so you looked like you were under the ocean :)

Things you'll need: Large cardboard/wood surface - lined with wax paper Wood dowels Can of spray foam Spray paint What you do: Place wood dowel on wax paper and secure with tape. Use spray foam to create organic free flowing motions that resemble coral. Note: Foam will expand so don't spray too much in one area. Let dry overnight. Carefully peel off wax paper. Then spray paint.
