1/2 Training - Bumpy Road (Week 5) -Skipped 1 week, so I'm one week behind schedule - Day 13: 2 miles in 24:25 minutes. - Day 14: 5 mile Tempo Run. Don't think I did it right but it wasn't as bad as before: 1 mile in 14:33 (4.2) 2 miles in 25:15, .5 mile in 7:38 jog, 1.5 in 21:03 - Day 15: 3 miles in 41.21 min & 3 miles in 41:03, for a total of 6 ( 2 min water break ) Total weekly mileage: 13 miles
