New idea to old abs work out. Bridge and sissor crunch. Works back, legs, butt, arms and abs! Almost perfect! 5 reps each side 3 set, work up each time, for as long as u can hold it up. I'll do this Monday. LOL!

Squat & Reach - It's a functional workout, which targets several muscle groups in your body. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, slowly squat down below 90 degrees keeping your back straight. Next stand tall & reach with dumbbell to the opposite shoulder. Repeat & alternate sides. Do 20-30 reps x 3-4 sets.
I haven't been able to work out for almost 2 months from tendonitis in my hip that isn't getting better. It shows (to me anyway). I'm going to start taking care of myself and find ways to work out without putting too much pressure on my hip. I'm not letting this stop me nor be stupid about my health.
