Today's sweat at #TrainingWithIntention is as follows: Hamstring rollouts - Schwarzeneggers - Oblique twist - Split lunges - Single arm chest press - Half whole crunches - Medicine ball alternating side push-ups - Physioball alternating superman - Lying tricep overhead press - Resisted side steps - Wall squats. Try 60 seconds of each action with 10 seconds rest between actions. Shoot for 3-4 rounds with 60 seconds between each round. Happy training.
