Gorgeous jungle cat (Felix chaus) photo from Jungle Kingdom Cattery. Jungle cats are the largest species in the Felix genera (same one as domestic cats). In winter, they'll often develop ear tufts like this one. Hybrids of jungle cats and domestic cats are called Chausies and not considered suitable as pets until F5 generation.

Cat breeders have been able to hybridize jungle cats with certain domestic cats, producing such breeds as the "chausie" (Jungle cat × domestic cat) and the "jungle bob" (Jungle cat x pixie bob).

Jungle (reed, swamp) cat - difficult to domesticate, but has been hybridized with domestic cats.
