Miina Sillanpää (alk. Vilhelmiina Riktig, 4. kesäkuuta 1866 Jokioinen – 3. huhtikuuta 1952 Helsinki) oli ensimmäinen suomalainen naisministeri ja sosiaalidemokraattisen työväenliikkeen johtohahmoja. Sillanpää oli Suomen sosialidemokraattisen naisliiton ja myöhemmin Suomen sosialidemokraattisen työläisnaisliiton puheenjohtaja.
