Tässä koottuna teille aikaisemmin tarkemmin esittelemästäni yhdeksästä liikkeestä helppo kotitreenini. Olen itse tehnyt tätä lähinnä pepputreeninä, mutta myös reidet ja keskivartalo tekevät hyvin töitä. Jos mahdollista kannattaa käyttää kyykyissä käsipainoja ja jalkojen vienneissä kuminauhaa. Toistojen määrät olen kuitenkin tehnyt niin, että treeni toimii ilman mitään apuvälineitä! Lämmitellä kannattaa esimerkiksi viiden minuutin ajan tehden kyykkyhyppyjä, haarahyppyjä... View Article
