A Russian silver gilt and cloisonné enamel tea caddy, Gustav Klingert, Moscow, 1894. Of traditional form with sloping shoulders, the caddy decorated in multi-color diamond shape cartouches against a stippled gilded ground surrounded by a filigree and turquoise enamel ground, outlined by rows of white enamel beads, the dome-shape lid similarly decorated. Containing the original gilded silver mounted cork stopper.
