Although not up to the same historical level of Saving Private Ryan, The King's Speech or Lincoln, I believe Titanic carries a message just as strong as all three: material items don't go with us when we die. Our lives, and the people we love, are worth more than jewelry. I'm not the world's biggest James Cameron fan, but where he's got a point I absolutely agree with, especially when it's about the Titanic, I can't ignore it.
