The Old Church Creamery is a family-owned dairy farm (Catherine and Keith Long) located in King William County, Virginia. We started farming (with just one cow!) on Valentine’s Day 2008. Since that time, our herd has grown to nearly 50 Jersey cows. In August, 2011, we began to produce cheddar cheese for a local market. Now we produce yogurt, Greek yogurt, kefir and over ten varieties of cheese, including herbed and natural cheddar and our specialty dessert cheese–chocolate cheese!

Old Church Creamery's Jersey cows spend their days on pasture. In addition to fresh grass, they feed non-GMO hay and silage each morning after milking. They do not use any synthetic fertilizers, insecticides, or herbicides on our pastures. Instead, we mow our fields to control weeds and spray them with fish emulsion, kelp and homemade compost tea to add much-needed nutrients and microbes to the soil ecosystem.

Old Church Creamery: "Our goal is to create dairy products that are life-giving and can act as medicine for people who need healing. Together, our dairy products and that of like-minded grass-fed farmers, we offer the healthiest sources of animal based protein. We are committed to producing the most wholesome dairy products at the Creamery by developing healthy soils, growing delicious pastures, and raising beautiful cows."

Old Church Creamery's creamline whole milk -- available in the Richmond Virginia area. It's wonderful! This milk is from grass based, all Jersey cows raised without hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs on pastures with no manmade fertilizers or pesticides.
