15min · 1 serving This is such a yummy breakfast idea for this holiday season✨🎄 Ingredients: • 1/2 mashed banana • 1 egg • 2 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tbsp peanut butter • 1/2 cup oat/almond flour (1,2 dl) • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp gingerbread spice • 3 tablespoons crushed gingerbread cookies 1/4 cup almond milk (0,6 dl) Instructions: • 1. Mix the banana, egg, maple syrup and peanut butter together • 2. Add the dry ingredients and almond milk and stir until combined 3. 15min · 8 servings Ingredients: • 1 egg + 1 yolk • 3/4 cup coconut/brown sugar (1,8 dl) • 3/4 cup peanut butter (1,8 dl) • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract • 1 cup almond flour (or any other gluten-free flour) (2,4 dl) • 1 teaspoon baking soda • pinch of salt • 1 teaspoon cinnamon • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (1,8 dl) Instructions: • 1. Mix egg, yolk, coconut sugar, peanut butter and vanilla together • 2. Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and stir until combined • 3. Fold in the chocolate chips • 4. Spread the cookie dough out across a small-medium oven-proof greased non-stick skillet • 5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes • 6. Serve with vanilla ice cream, for example!

It’s November first, so it’s time to start baking Christmassy treats🤩🤩 These Healthier Gingerbread Chocolate Donuts are gluten-free & dairy-free!
