Mama Mia, this is fashion from fiberglass and a sailboard sail. Tires are a bit narrow for me. I use wide tires in back a small width and diameter in the front for easier steering. This has a cockpit that you crawl into. Look close and you will see the driver's helmet and face guard position. Always wear a helmet and gloves...ALWAYS.
Here are some plans. Move mast forward. Seat back. Replace ski blades with wheels. I would use steel or aluminum tube either round or box. Round will have less wind resistance. Remember sail forward. Fiberglass or carbon fiber masts are the best to use. Aluminum bend when you crash.
This is a modified DN ice boat without the cockpit. Now think of this design and add tires. See the wide wheelbase in the back? That means stability. You can buy a sailboard sail. The seat would need modified to a full back. You'll need a seatbelt too! I would use a bicycle front fork design and have single handed steering. If you really this about this you can bolt it together. Have fun.

NOPE, nope, nope, never. This is for very young fit people. A big gust of wind might fling you off at speed then again it might dislocate your shoulder in the process. It sure looks like fun though. Ok this is land sailing with a kite. The steering on this one would have me going in circle. But somehow you can go straight. Not for me...send hospital pictures so we know how you made out!

I found the mess seats to be a bit more comfortable. Depending on your tires and terrain. The balloon tires have a tendency to bounce.
