A vegan version of my favorite Chinese take out! This Mongolian "Beef" is tender, saucy and perfectly savory. All of the flavor and you can feel good about eat a great plant based meal! I would use mushrooms instead of Seitan!
Simple Spinach Tofu With Turmeric Rice. I added onions to the saute, reduced olive oil used, and poured in some veggie broth to help tofu cook without burning. I used a dill seasoning mix. I really enjoyed the flavor!
