It's quite easy to do. Paint your paper with watercolor, maybe red for a sunset. Then use cardboard stripes to smear color stripes as skyscrapers. Use serrated cardboard for the windows. Never forget to create the reflection in the water. Take felt pens for adding the fine structures and stick some advertisements or logos you cut from magazines. I once saw something like this in a British art book for children. A pity I didn't buy it. There might have been more great ideas. You can't fail with t
