Harry Kivijärvi's Eukleides in Serlachius Museum, Mänttä. I just found it visually and geometrically very pleasing.

Monument to Adolf Ivar Arwidsson by Harry Kivijärvi, 1970. Adolf Iwar Arwidsson (1791–1858) tried to revive and boost the national spirit in the autonomous Finland in the beginning of the 19th century. He continued the work of Henrik Gabriel Porthan and was also an important collector and research worker of Finnish national poetry.

Gilbert and George in the Witworth Gallery. The humour ans often sarcastic criticism really hits a spot for me and on their photographs I really enjoy the stained glass effect.

"Pineapple" by Christelle Mas in Pekilo 2015 Mänttä. The most hilarious pineapple ever! I laughed my head off, witty and sharp. The verbal abuse of the installation was quite hard so I got some really bad eye from other visitors who thought my laughter was obviously out of line...

Yorkshire Sculpture Park offered quite a few things I liked, but this was my favorite: James Turrell's Deer Shelter Skyspace. It was an underground room with a square on the roof to see the sky. The aesthetics of the room where beautifully minimalist but the best part was how the sky looked like threw the square. When something so vast was confined in a small square it felt very picturesque but the movement of the clouds didn't allow one to forget it was the real sky.

Works from Sophia Al-Maria in CornerHouse Manchester: Virgin with a memory. The gallery was a collage of her hopefully upcoming movie Beretta. This installation shows the villains of her piece in a very intense sort of way. I really hope that she can work out all the juridical and financial issues with the film for I at least am really looking forward to it.

An intriguing surprise that I found when I was visiting this small prison museum in Ripon. This is Louise Marchals "Noble Bloods" installation

The work of Qasim Riza Shaheen in CornerHouse Manchester: Autoportraits in love-like conditions. It was very interesting to see these very nostalgic and subtle works from Shaheem for the ones I've seen before have been very strong and provocative dealing with major sociopolitical problems. Quite enjoyed these. In this particular piece he had a make-believe future for the couple in the old photograph. The way he uses moving image for portraiture is intriguing and well-refined.

This is Ai Weiwei's Iron Tree in Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Always liked his work, and the texture and rust on this particular work looked very pleasing.
