lymphatic drainage is more important than we think.

it helps clear out excess hormones, like estrogen and progesterone, and toxins, which supports hormonal balance.

Are you tired upon waking? Getting sick often? White lines on your nails?👇 This could be the result of your immune system working less than optimally 👀 In endo sufferers, cells of the immune system do not function the way they do in someone who does not have endo. DESPITE LIVING AND SUFFERING WITH ENDO FOR YEARS - I LOVE MY BODY💛// Let me tell you why these things make my list of daily “must dos”. 🍵The active component in green tea - EGCG - is very well studied and has a mountain of benefits for people with endo including the following: 👉It’s anti-inflammatory. 👉It inhibits aromatization so that your body doesn’t shuttle more testosterone to estrogen. 👉It’s anti-angiogenic meaning it prevents the formation of new blood vessels to endometrial-like tissue and 👉It nourishes key stone species in your gut, including akkermansia which I commonly see low in my endo clients. 👉PLUS - I love it and it makes me feel good! ⛹️I bet you know there is a connection between immunity and endo. Physical activity is immune-modulating, meaning it helps

My approach to Endometriosis management is pretty much - stay ready, so you don’t have to get ready. What do I mean? It's way easier to consistently take care of yourself than it is to get sick & then have to figure out how to get better. When it comes to Endo specifically - working to prevent pain/flareups from happening in the 1st place is WAY easier than trying to bring that pain/endo belly back down. TBH - I’ve been going through a flare the past 2 weeks & while it sucks, it’s been a g...

Cycle syncing with foods helps support your body's hormonal changes throughout your menstrual cycle. During the menstrual phase, focus on iron-rich foods to replenish lost nutrients. In the follicular phase, include fresh fruits, veggies, and lean proteins to support ovulation. The ovulatory phase benefits from high-fiber foods and healthy fats, while the luteal phase calls for magnesium-rich foods and complex carbs to ease PMS symptoms. Tailor your diet to your cycle for optimal well-being.
