Here's a sneak peek behind-the-scenes at the making of my 3rd and largest #paperflower skirt. I hand-cut petals from white bristol board, painted them on my porch and layered them on my cage hoop skirt (I don't know if that's the rgt name for this 😂) #paperart #paperdress
