Blackcurrant Smoothie. Blackcurrants are full of vitamin C so they are perfect immune boosting berries. This smoothie is my summer favourite made with berries of my homegarden:  1 cup (2 ½ dl) (fresh) blackcurrants ~ 1 frozen banana ~ 2 tbsp coconut flakes or 1 tbsp coconut butter ~ 1 ½ tbsp hemp seeds ~ big chunk of fresh ginger ~ 1 tsp vanilla extract ~ juice of 1 lime ~ 200 ml coconut water Blend all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy immediately.
