I love preparing and shopping food with healthy choices . I share pics from my healthy and seasonal way of eating.
Sausage, Walnut and Beetroot Hash recipe from IQS cookbook and fried green beans flavored with fresh thyme and crushed almonds. Lots of homegrown veggies and all the main ingredients are organic.
Cold beetroot + ginger soup, rosemary crackers and spicy guacamole.
Leftover veggie lunch. Roasted and marinated vegetables, pumpkin hummus and rosemary crackers.
Fish burgers and raw carrot slaw. Lots of fresh ginger and coriander. Carrots are homegrown.
Fennel and Beetroot Leaf Soup with homemade rye bread.
Slow cooked zucchini.
Beetroot and Sweet potato Soup. Ground cumin gives lovely flavor to the soup. So sweet and earthy taste!
Leftover meal: Broccoli and Pea Piklets with Cauliflower Cream. On the side some mashed beetroot and homemade fermented cucumbers. This is so tasty!
Cherry tomatoes from my home garden. I love this little ones They are so sweet and juicy!
Cauliflower + Sweet Potato Soup. Beautiful taste of chili, cumin and summery root vegetables. Bone broth base gives some extra goodness to the batch.
