This recipe is one of the most popular breakfast dish throughout India. Most commonly served with butter, pickle (achar) and yoghurt (dahi).  In Calcutta we call this as Alu Porota.  This is my favourite fix for breakfast, lunch or dinner.   Here is my recipe of making the stuffing  Ingredients: For Aloo Stuffing  3 - 4 medium potatoes , boiled and mashed 1 - 2 green chilies, chopped finely 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder  1/2 tsp garam masala powder  2-3 clove garlic  1/3 ginger 1/2 tsp ajwa Pickle Achar, Mutton Gravy, Aloo Paratha, Garam Masala Powder, List Of Spices, Stuffing Ingredients, Hot Spices, Red Chilli Powder, Dried Mangoes
