It makes the perfect breakfast/evening snack or lunchbox recipe!   All you need is :   For the balls :  - 2 tsp oil.  - 1 tsp rai.  - 1 tsp hing.  - 1 tsp jeera.  - 2 tsp urad dal.  - 4-5 curry leaves.  - 1 green chilli and 1/2 inch ginger (finely chopped).  - 1 onion (finely chopped).  - Salt to taste.  - 1 tsp turmeric powder.  - 3-4 potatoes (boiled and grated or mashed).  - Lime juice to taste.  - Fresh coriander leaves.   Others :  - Idli Dosa Batter as needed.  - Oil as needed.  - Coconut chutney to serve with/ can also use green chutney. DM for recipe.
