A collection of various types of illustrations, with a common theme, the places we live in. I have brought together quite a few themes in this collection of drawings, from Illustrator, Interior Designer and Drawing Teacher, Ekaterina Surikat (Екатерина Сурикат). As I was saying, the themes include Interior Design, Architecture, Travel Journals, Furniture and more. Classic Architecture Studies by Chema Pastrana

Before moving to Japan, I often dreamily fantasized about wandering around, sitting alone and drawing all of the old buildings. Turns out, I’m a bit too shy to sit and draw in public, especially in a place where I feel so new. (Though I did draw all the temples in this post from life!)
